The 18 x 24 Large buckwheat hull pillow is a great choice for side sleepers with broader shoulders or anyone who needs extra height and support.
It is slightly smaller than a standard North American pillow, but larger than the traditional Japanese size, giving you more room for shaping and comfort.
We recommend 8 to 9 pounds of hulls for most sleepers. You can fine-tune the height by adding or removing hulls through the convenient zipper.

They are made slightly wider than the pillow for a smooth fit and feature an attractive 3" cuff on the open end.
