Kuseno Buckwheat Hull Pillows are guaranteed for one year against any material or manufacturing defects. If the fabric tears or a seam splits during normal use within the first year, you are covered under our warranty.
If something happens, contact us and we will replace the pillow fabric. Keep the hulls in a container so you do not lose them, because the warranty covers the cotton case only. The hulls and the cost of shipping are not included.
